I’m not all about government regulations, but since it’s unlikely that “they” will issue “professional musician” cards that will provide you with free rent food and utilities something else has to change.

In 2015, countless new technologies bring us music and entertainment, yet we have no uniform licensing system in place to ensure that digital, satellite and AM/FM radio play by the same rules.
